Authorized Sub-Processors for Orbiter Platform

At Orbiter, security and personal privacy is paramount. Accordingly, we impose data protection terms on each sub-processor that we work with to maintain high security and to enforce data privacy.

Orbiter uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing, to its customers, the services described in the Data Protection Addendum available at orbiter.co/legal/data-protection-addendum or other superseding written agreement between you and Orbiter (the “Customer Agreement).

A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Orbiter who agrees to receive personal data from Orbiter intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Orbiter customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Orbiter; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Orbiter and the sub-processor.

All processing is done in accordance with Orbiters’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy respectively. Orbiter maintains an up-to-date list of the names and locations of all sub-processors which are listed below.
